Weathered Octagonal Limestone Fountain with Iron Spouts

The most honestly aged fountain in the archive. Two centuries of standing water have taken the octagonal basin to a mottled grey brown crust that no finish has ever imitated, and the tapered centre pillar wears the same patina under its stepped cap and ball finial. Two scrolled iron spouts remain in place, and the piece comes with the laid stone apron it sits on. Ancient Surfaces reclaimed and conserved this antique limestone fountain for gravel courts, olive gardens and rustic villa terraces.
